About Guligai Neram / Kuligai Neram

Gulika is an imaginery planet not visible to the naked eyes. It is believed that Gulika was created by Saturn and was brought to life by Jupiter. Gulika (sometimes referred as Mandhi) is believed to be reflecting the behaviours of Saturn.

This Gulika period varies based on the sun rise and the sun set timings.

After the day light, hours are divided in 8 sections. The following is the allocation of time for Gulika.
